I've been busy working on the Marika King jewellery range as well as the Lovely Little Shop Of pieces. A new range from my main line will be coming out in the next few weeks, which is really exciting as I've been re-working the structure of the business, creating a new wholesale website for my stockists, to make it easier as well as creating small ranges more often. I've almost got the next 2 ranges designed and samples almost finished!!!! But in the meantime, my brain decided it doesn't want to stop, so I've been making a few little bits and pieces for the Lovely Little Shop Of, which is gathering a bit of momentum. I'll be showing these new pieces at the Up and Comers Fashion Market next month (details to come, it's going to be part of L'Oreal Fashion week!!).

Ok, I admit, I have a thing for anything lace, crotcheted or with a bit of vintage inspiration (no kidding!). I'd seen Jen's Pirate Booty dresses before, about a million times with Vanessa Hudgens wearing the same ole dress and I've thought, "yeah, OK I guess" and never gave it another thought.
Well, last week I stumbled across these pic's, from the Planet Blue Blog (gee I love that shop!). It's given me a whole new admiration for Jen's Pirate Booty. Enjoy!

Introducing my newest baby, the Lovely Little Shop Of. Part of the Marika King Designer Jewellery family, this line is a more youthful and whimsical range of jewellery and accessories. It embodies all the same qualities as the main line, all pieces are handmade using new and vintage pieces from all over the world, however this line isn't available in boutiques, only online and at the occasional designer market. All pieces are either one of a kind or limited editions, meaning, if you love it, don't hesitate or else it might be gone forever!
Currently, the range is only available on etsy however, we are looking at possibly linking it into the Marika King website in the near future.
